Reflexology Treatments & Prices

Reflexology Initial Consultation and Treatment, £50 – 80 minutes

During the consultation, which lasts about 30 minutes, you will be asked questions about your health concerns, present symptoms and medical history. General naturopathic advice will be offered. The treatment itself then normally takes about 50 minutes. You will be asked to lie on the couch with your footwear removed (unless you have specifically requested hand reflexology) and your feet will be cleansed and observed. A finger and thumb massage technique is used to apply pressure to specific reflex points to stimulate an uninhibited, natural energy flow. As the body’s natural self-healing mechanism is promoted, you will feel deeply relaxed and replenished.

Reflexology Follow Up, £35 – 50 minutes

Reflexology is a cumulative treatment, so a course of treatments is more effective than a single treatment. Follow Up appointments are also necessary to answer any queries and assess your progress. If you are following a course of treatments this appointment is typically 1-2 weeks after your first consultation.

Simply Relax Reflexology, £35 – 50 minutes

If you don’t feel that you have a specific health concern that you’d like to address but would still like to experience the relaxing, rebalancing and reviving benefits of reflexology then Simply Relax is the treatment for you. Just the most basic case history will be taken and then all you need to do is lie back and unwind.

Fertility, Conception, Pregnancy and Postnatal Care treatments tend to last up to 10 minutes longer and offer a number of additional techniques so as a result are priced differently to non-fertility treatments.

Reflexology does not claim to cure. Reflexologists may only claim to help relaxation and stress. However as the physical and mental effects of stress are often the drivers, or underlying cause, of many chronic illnesses the deep relaxing and stress relieving benefits of reflexology are likely to help with many other medical conditions.
