What natural therapies are used?

Naturopathy

Naturopathy (nat-ur-op-a-thy) or 'nature cure' is a system of medicine based on the healing power of nature. Using food, herbs, tissue salts, massage, daylight, movement and rest, hydrotherapy and flower remedies, naturopathy works to restore emotional stability and optimal function for all tissues and body systems to induce a balanced state of health.

We are all genetically, biochemically, structurally and emotionally different from one another. Each person responds in a unique way to influences whether they are emotional, physical, mental, environmental, nutritional, social or cultural. Naturopathy recognises the harmonious functioning of all aspects of the individual as being essential to health and I aim to treat the whole person taking all of these factors into account.
